Cancellation & Refund Policy

At TeleSwift Health, we value your time and strive to provide quality telemedicine care. To ensure smooth scheduling for all patients, we have the following policies:

Payment Policy

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your appointment: You will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment: A 50% refund will be issued, or you may reschedule for a $15 rescheduling fee.

  • No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours of your appointment: No refunds will be provided.

Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your appointment at no cost if done at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a $15 fee.

Technical Issues

  • If a technical issue on our end prevents your appointment, we will reschedule you at no cost.

  • If you experience connectivity issues, please notify us immediately. We may be able to accommodate a reschedule on a case-by-case basis.
